Because we are a charitable organization and do not sell any products or services, the following refund policy applies:
1. Monetary Donations
All monetary donations made to Skip's Catch are considered non-refundable. This includes:
One-time donations
Recurring monthly donations
Donations made online, by mail, in person, or via fundraising platforms
However, if you believe a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction or incorrect amount), please contact us within 14 days of the transaction. We will review the request and issue a refund if appropriate.

2. In-Kind Donations (Food, Goods, Supplies)
We cannot offer refunds or returns for donated food or other in-kind items. Once a physical donation is received, it becomes the property of Skip's Catch and is used to support our food pantry and community services.

3. Tax Receipts
If you need a duplicate tax receipt or notice an error on your receipt, please reach out to us. We are happy to help correct or resend documentation for your records.
